I have been with Americollect for three and a half years during which I have held numerous positions. I began as a Ridiculously Nice Collection Specialist assisting consumers in resolving their medical debt and was soon promoted to a Business Analyst and HelpDesk Specialist. In April of 2015, I was asked to participate in the implementation of CallMiner. My role expectation was to develop and maintain all searches, scores and associate monitoring. After a successful implementation, I continued to enhance our process by utilizing CallMiner and the ability to analyze data. In March of 2017, I successfully completed and became a Certified Business Intelligence Analyst (BIA) through CallMiner. With my continued leadership and participation within CallMiner and the Optimization Engagement site, in 2016, I was recognized and received an award as a STAR performer in the user community.
