Richard is responsible for managing the day to day planning and operation of the CallMiner Contact Analytics platform at National Credit Adjusters. He has been in his current role since 2016 and has been with NCA since 2013 in an operational capacity. Richard has extensive operational knowledge with 10 years in contact centers and 9 years in the ARM industry specifically.
Having obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Richard is currently working towards a second degree in Software Engineering. Prior to joining NCA, he worked as a Senior Account Executive at Portfolio Recovery Associates and served 4 years in the United States Marine Corps.
