Lauretta has more than 10 years of experience in the accounts receivables management and consumer contact services industries. She has managed several departments, including; client services, client relations, quality assurance, and compliance. While in the receivables industry she implemented CallMiner’s Eureka software and managed the partnership between the two companies. She has over 4 years’ experience with the CallMiner Suite of products and has been a member of the CallMiner team for over a year.
