Janet Koltick is SCSI’s Patient Satisfaction Specialist has over 20 years of communication experience in patient contact and process improvement. She is responsible for oversight of the company’s live (real-time) speech analytics program including production, ream risk management and compliance. Ms. Koltick’s accomplishments include the development of word choice and language usage to maximize results through SCSI’s real-time speech analytics program.
