Brent started his professional career at 16 years old as an IT Dialer Manager for CountryWide Home Loans. He continued to grow in the contact center space while in college, eventually holding the position of Senior Quality Analyst for the United States Postal Service contact center. Post college he gained 6 years of experience in the financial services industry as an Asset Management Consultant and Business Analyst, followed by a 4 year career in the medical field as the Surgical/Rx Technology Coordinator of Parkview Health Systems and Director of Technology (and ISO Auditor) with Maxim Medical Services. Brent has been with CallMiner for two years, and is happily combining his passion for Technology, Business Analytics, and Customer Service.
