Alan joined Infinite Energy Inc. in March 2007 as a business and systems analyst. In 2014 he was responsible for identifying the use case scenarios for implementing Callminer within the enterprise. He also created the roadmap of integration points within the organization, establishing the infrastructure framework and SQL backend to generate custom metadata output exclusively for CallMiner.
