Adam also manages Bluegreen’s Medallia Surveys and Managed Acuity Agent Performance software. He has 13 years of contact center experience, 10 years in quality assurance and business analyst roles, is a certified Medallia CEM and a certified CallMiner Business Intelligence Analyst.
